RETURNS AND EXHANGES:

RETURNS

Please inspect your order upon reception to ensure it is not damaged or if you received the wrong item and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.    

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and returned in its original packaging.  We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.  All returns must indicate which specific items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

How to start a return:

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at designerspirit.llc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via your email address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  We do not have a no cost return policy.  The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund amount.  Once sent, customers will only be allotted 14 business days to utilize their return label for a return. Any timeframe exceeding this allotment will not be honored.

EXHANGES

We have a 14-calendar day exchange policy.  You have 14-calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.  

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, and returned in its original packaging.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.  Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.  All exchanges must indicate which specific items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label via your email address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.  We do not have a no cost exchange policy.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you will be credited for the amount of the return, minus the shipping cost.  You can then make a separate purchase for the new item of equal or greater value.

Exceptions / non-returnable or exchange items

Certain types of items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned, such as:

  1. Special orders or personalized items,
  2.  You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
  3. You cannot return or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, Jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, accessories, such as scarfs and hats.  We cannot offer refunds on cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been broken.
  4. free gifts cannot be returned.
  5. Gift Cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus the shipping label fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
